This role bridges communication, and coordination.Key Responsibilities1. Lead Follow-Ups & Admissions Support• Contact and engage with all incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, emails, walk-ins).• Invite potential students to visit the campus for counselling sessions, kitchen tours, and demo classes.• Build trust with leads by explaining courses, certifications, and career pathways.• Schedule campus visits and maintain follow-up timelines.2. Lead Tracking & Reporting• Create and maintain a structured follow-up and tracking format (Excel / CRM / Google Sheets).• Record lead status, interaction history, visit schedules, and conversion outcomes.• Share daily, weekly, and monthly lead performance reports withmanagement.• Ensure no lead goes untracked or unattended.3.
