Posting Title: Marketing Manager Industry: Hospital Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 Work Experience: 4–5+ years --- Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with hospital goals, including patient acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. Lead cross-functional campaigns across digital (social media, email, SEO/SEM), print, radio, and community outreach initiatives. Collaborate with multispecialty departments to create accurate, compelling, and compliant promotional content highlighting key services and medical expertise. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and patient feedback to refine marketing approaches and improve ROI. Manage the hospital’s digital presence, including website content, social media calendars, and online advertising. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure all marketing materials reflect clinical accuracy and adhere to healthcare regulations and ethical standards. Monitor and report on campaign performance using KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, website traffic, and patient satisfaction. Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral partners. Oversee the production of brochures, event materials, video content, and other marketing collateral. Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare advertising guidelines and hospital policies. --- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate qualification in Healthcare Management or Digital Marketing is a plus. 4–5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare or hospital industry. Proven experience in managing multispecialty healthcare campaigns and understanding of medical services (e.g., cardiology, orthopedics, neurology, oncology, etc.). In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, treatment protocols, and healthcare delivery models. Strong understanding of patient journey mapping and healthcare consumer behavior. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, SEO/SEM platforms) and content management systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex medical information into accessible, engaging content. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with healthcare advertising regulations (e.g., DPCO, ICMR guidelines) and compliance standards. Ability to work collaboratively with clinical teams and adapt to fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
