Job Responsibilities:Support new product development projects across the different categories, ensuring on-time, in-budget delivery aligned to project planDrive cross-functional excellence: Work with Brand Development, Supply Chain, Procurement, LRDQ, P&T etc and external partners to deliver consumer-focused, innovative solutions.Project planning & implementation: Develop and execute project plans (including timelines, milestones, budgets), run Scrum/Agile sprints, and leverage PMP best practices.Stakeholder management: Coordinate regular meetings to communicate progress, manage decision processes, and resolve risks, issues, or obstacles quickly.Technical validation: Ensure product and packaging solutions are technically robust in alignment with concerned CFTs, conducting validation tests and data analysis where appropriate.Cost and process optimization: Identify and implement cost-saving activities, process improvements, and post-launch learnings for future success.STAGE GATE management: familiarity with process, ownership of gates, data management, recon and visualization + PMRQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's in engineering from good Tier 2 or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.2-7 years proven experience in project management, new product development, or commercialization within FMCG / consumer goods industry.Experience managing multiple projects, leading cross-functional teams, and coordinating Marketing & Manufacturing.Experience and proficiency in Stage and Gate process; Should have worked on Stage gate and handled projects across stagesExperience with MS Projects and GANTTsUnderstanding of Data analysis, reporting and visualizationSkills & CertificationsPMP certification must haveIn-depth expertise in Agile, and Scrum methodologieProficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project).Advanced communication, leadership, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.Strong problem-solving drive, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, international environments.
