Every life is a story, every heartbeat matters, and every soul deserves the chance to thrive.Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee all aspects of Medanta Foundation’s financial operations pan-India. This role requires a proactive professional who can develop robust financial processes, ensure compliance, and provide strategic insights to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be skilled in accounting, taxation, client management, and financial planning, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and support senior management in decision-making.Key Responsibilities:1. SOP Creation & AdherenceDevelop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for financial operations.Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Regularly review and update SOPs to align with best practices and organizational requirements.2. Client Billing & invoice paymentOversee billing, vendor invoice approvals and payments by coordinating with various internal stakeholders.3. Strategic Decision SupportPartner with senior management to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.Develop financial forecasts, analyze trends, and identify cost-saving opportunities.Build and manage Annual Operating Plans (AOP), budgets, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning models.4. Reporting & ComplianceOversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.Manage dashboards and KPIs for real-time financial performance tracking.5. Audit & AssuranceSupport internal and external audit processes.Ensure timely closure of audits by maintaining accurate financial records and resolving audit-related issues.6. Accounting & BookkeepingManage all accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), payroll, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.Establish and improve accounting policies and internal processes for operational efficiency.Liaise with external auditors for statutory audits and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.7. Taxation & Legal ComplianceManage all taxation matters, including GST, TDS, corporate tax filings, and statutory returns.Ensure strict adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with legal teams for contract reviews and financial clause assessments.Qualifications & Skills:Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification.5–8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and compliance.Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory compliance.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
