Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and technically sound Engineer – Sales & Business Development to promote and sell Lightning Protection Systems, Industrial LV Panels, and Surge Protection Devices. The role involves educating customers on technical concepts, generating leads from industrial and commercial segments, and driving business growth in the Hyderabad region.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell Lightning Protection Systems, Industrial LV Panels, and Surge Protection DevicesExplain and market technical concepts, system design, and application benefits to customersGenerate leads from industries such as manufacturing plants, infrastructure projects, commercial buildings, and utilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through site visits, cold calls, networking, and referencesEngage with consultants, architects, EPC contractors, electrical contractors, and end usersConduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal discussionsCoordinate with the engineering and design team for system layouts, BOQs, and technical submittalsPrepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and follow up for order closureTrack enquiries, sales pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM or internal systemsMonitor competitor activity and market trends in the regionSupport after-sales coordination to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat businessDesired Candidate ProfileStrong technical understanding of electrical systemsAbility to communicate complex technical concepts in a simple and convincing mannerSelf-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in the regionExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skillsWillingness to travel extensively within the assigned territoryQualificationsDiploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related disciplineExperience3–6 years of experience in technical sales / business developmentExperience in lightning protection, LV panels, surge protection devices, or electrical project sales will be preferredIndustry Exposure PreferredElectrical & Power SystemsIndustrial & Infrastructure ProjectsEPC / Consulting / Contracting environmentCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary with performance-based incentivesTravel and communication allowancesOpportunity for growth in a technically specialized sales roleReporting ToRegional Sales Manager / Head – Sales
