Candidates from US Staffing industry / Consulting Firm / Contract to Hire Agency with Hands on experience on sourcing and End-to-End Recruitment. Proven US IT recruiting experience. Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On Boarding etc) Experience in catering Direct Clients, VMS/MSP accounts. Proficient in sourcing right candidates through extensive portal search, social media search & Vendors. Ability to interact, develop Vendor network. Proficiency with ATS; preferably JobDiva Excellent communication and negotiation skills Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets. Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients. Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently. Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced and challenging work environment. An ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed. Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency. Comfortable to work in night shift.
