I wanted to share in case you want to include as well, especially the AI section.About the role:Cvent is seeking a talented Web Designer who has a good eye for design and coding abilities. The job involves working on Cvent's CMS software and mobile app to build event registration websites for clients.The candidate needs to have strong communication skills, both speaking and writing, to talk with clients from other countries and understand their needs.This job requires working night shifts to match US hours and a desire to succeed in a busy work environment. The candidate should be eager to achieve great success in their career.Experience: Minimum or 3 yearsRole and responsibilities:The personnel would take full responsibility to/for: Work on Cvent’s Internal CMS tool to implement design mock-up/element as per client’srequirement, by writing HTML and CSS code Find necessary tweaks and workarounds while working with a technically restricted CMSenvironment Design artworks for clients for their mobile apps as per their requirements Act as a project manager and maintain strong communication with clients and other projectstakeholders Work as a project owner and SME Ensure the best possible experience for our customer's experience fits in with andcontributes to the broader Cvent ecosystem of products Make executive decisions whenever required and act as a team player by providingexcellent design solutions as an individual contributorEssential Requirements: Be capable of writing clean, well-thought-out, and reliable CSS and HTML code Be comfortable working on a project from the original fuzzy brief throughdevelopment and beyond with minimal oversight required Be a problem solver who is not afraid to share ideas and open discussions Be a strong communicator who writes and speaks well Be as self-motivated and go-getter personMust have Technical Skills and Experience: Excellent HTML/CSS hand coding skill (not necessarily HTML 5/ CSS3) Good experience with jQuery implementation and JavaScript Graphics Design skills through Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Strong sense of color combination, aesthetics, typography, interactivity, etc.Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in web-design/development/computer-aided design role Bachelor’s degree is a must Preference would be given to candidates holding Bachelor’s degree in multimedia/webdevelopment/graphic design/fine arts/BFA/MFA or, the similar coursesWorkdays: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) and sometimes over the weekends as per businessneeds.Working Hours: The position requires the designer to work in non-rotational Night Shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM –East coast hours) on weekdays and sometimes over the weekends on a need basis Cab / Shuttle for pickup and drop off
