5+ years of hands-on experience managing DDoS mitigation devicesStrong experience with Arbor Edge Defense (AED 8200) preferredEducation : Graduation in any disciplineCertification : CEH/ Any FW or any Network certification.Location : KolkataShift – Rotational ShiftRole OverviewThe L2 Engineer will handle advanced DDoS analysis, mitigation actions, device management, and maintenance, while supporting L1 engineers and ensuring platform stability.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform detailed analysis of DDoS alerts and traffic patterns.Execute advanced mitigation techniques and tuning on AED 8200.Perform regular health checks and performance optimization.Plan and execute firmware/version upgrades with rollback plans.Deploy and validate signature and policy updates.Identify and remediate device-related vulnerabilities.Support VA/PT activities and audit requirements.Guide and mentor L1 engineers during incidents.Coordinate with OEM/vendor for escalations and troubleshooting.Prepare SLA and RCA reports and monthly operational reports.Technical Skills RequiredStrong expertise in Arbor Edge Defense (AED 8200).Deep understanding of network protocols and DDoS mitigation strategies.Experience in firmware upgrades, vulnerability management, and change control.Ability to handle incidents independently and under pressure.If interested please share your updated cv to janani.k1@
