The role holder must be able to transform raw footage into high-quality, engaging content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, and other digital platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesEdit short-form and long-form videos for social media and YouTubeCreate engaging Reels/Shorts with strong hooks, subtitles, and fast pacingAdd background music, sound effects, transitions, and basic motion graphicsEnsure videos are visually clean with proper color correction and audio balanceWork closely with the content team to match brand style and requirementsDeliver projects on time and incorporate feedback quicklyRequirementsProficiency in Adobe Premiere ProBasic knowledge of After Effects is a plusStrong understanding of storytelling, timing, and audience retentionExperience in media, digital content, or agency work is preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlinesMust have a portfolio or sample editing work to share
