Hiring: Business Finance Analyst (3-6 Years)Location: Lower Parel, MumbaiCompany: B2C Student Mobility Platform (ASL)Qualification: MBA (Finance)Role OverviewWe are seeking a Business Finance Analyst with 3-6 years of experience to support theBusiness and Finance functions of a rapidly growing B2B student mobility platform. Therole requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and collaboration with finance, business,partnerships, operations, and product teams.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage revenue reconciliation across internal systems, partners, agencies, andinternational payment platforms.- Validate partner revenue, commissions, incentives, and payouts as per commercialagreements.- Identify and resolve discrepancies in B2B settlements, cashback programs, and paymentflows.- Analyze large datasets to derive insights on partner performance and revenue trends.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and support newinitiatives.- Prepare financial recommendations (recos) to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and internalcontrols.- Support cross-border payment validations, including FX checks, settlements, andexceptions.- Prepare periodic financial or business reports (SQL/Power BI/Tableau optional).Requirements- MBA (Finance) with 3-6 years of relevant experience.- Experience in business finance, revenue operations, payments, or analytics(B2B/SaaS/fintech/mobility preferred).- Strong understanding of reconciliation and partner commission structures.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.- Proficiency in Excel; SQL/Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
