Responsibilities include managing back office operations such as data entry, record management, and documentation. The role also involves supporting customer service teams, assisting with financial processing and reporting, and providing administrative support to the sales team. Maintaining the organization and ensuring smooth daily operations are key aspects of this position.QualificationsProficiency in Back Office Operations, including data entry, documentation, and organizational tasks.Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide support and maintain professional interactions.Basic understanding or experience in Finance-related tasks, such as data management or reporting.Adept at supporting Sales operations and maintaining accurate records.Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.Proficiency in using office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
