Job Title

Job Responsibilities:Supervise installation and commissioning of rooftop solar PV systems (Residential, Commercial & Industrial).Ensure execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.Coordinate with vendors, installers, electricians, and civil teams at site.Monitor material receipt, quality, and consumption at site.Ensure adherence to project timelines and report daily progress.Handle client/site owner coordination and resolve on-site issues.Ensure compliance with electrical safety norms, earthing, and grounding.Support net metering, inspection, and handover documentation.Prepare daily site reports, installation checklists, and commissioning reports.Coordinate with the HO engineering/project team for technical clarifications.Key Skills Required:Knowledge of Rooftop Solar PV systems (Modules, Inverters, MMS, DC/AC cabling).Understanding of single-line diagrams (SLD) and layout drawings.Familiar with electrical standards & safety practices.Basic knowledge of AutoCAD drawings (preferred).Good communication and coordination skills.Willingness to travel and stay at project sites.Preferred Industry Background:Solar EPC / Renewable Energy / Electrical contracting companies
