You will play a critical role in shaping the product roadmap by analyzing user behavior, monitoring product performance, and driving the data-informed features. Your ability to extract, explore, and evaluate data will help you identify opportunities, make impactful product decisions and deliver value for both users and the business.This is a high-impact role for someone who is comfortable blending analytical thinking with product strategy, seamlessly navigating between data deep-dives and product execution, and is passionate for building products that are guided by clear measurable outcomes.Key Responsibilities:· Drive product vision and roadmap by combining customer insights and market understanding aligned with the business goals.· Use data, product analytics, and SQL to track performance, identify improvement opportunities, and continuously refine product experience.· Conduct deep-dive analyses of user behaviour, engagement, and product usage & leverage data to influence product strategy and prioritization decisions· Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success· Partner with design, engineering, and business teams to translate insights into product features to ensure best in class user experience.· Design and evaluate experiments (A/B testing) to validate hypotheses and feature impact· Drive the development and launch of features from concept to rollout, with a strong focus on data-informed decision-making· Identify friction points and optimization opportunities across the user journey.What We’re Looking For· 2–4 years of PM experience, preferably with a focus on analytics or data-rich platforms.· Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with large datasets, SQL, dashboards, and analytics tools· Ability to communicate insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail· Experience in defining metrics, creating dashboards, and tracking product performance· A bias toward action with a focus on measurable outcomes· Passion for building user-centric, data-informed productWhy Join Us?Airtel Payments Bank is transforming from a digital-first bank to one of the largest Fintech company.
