Job Description :We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and ensure high-performing, self-organizing teams. The Scrum Master will coach teams on Scrum principles, removeimpediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities :Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and RetrospectivesCoach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and best practicesRemove impediments and support the team to achieve sprint goalsWork closely with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlogEnsure transparency through Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, sprint reports)Protect the team from external distractions and scope creepPromote continuous improvement and high team performanceSupport Agile transformation initiatives across the organisationCollaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholdersRequired Skills :Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworksHands-on experience as a Scrum MasterExperience using Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally)Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teamsStrong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skillsGood to Have :Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM)Experience working in Scaled Agile / SAFe environmentsKnowledge of Kanban, XP, or LeanExperience in IT / Software Development projectsSoft Skills :Strong leadership and servant-mindsetExcellent stakeholder managementProblem-solving and decision-making skills
