We are seeking a diligent and experienced Company Secretary to manage the statutory compliance and corporate governance for our group companies.About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in handling ROC filings, board secretarial matters, and maintaining rigorous corporate records.ResponsibilitiesROC Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of all statutory E-forms (AOC-4, MGT-7, PAS-3, SH-7, etc.) with the Registrar of Companies.Meeting Management: End-to-end preparation of notices, agendas, and detailed Minutes of Meetings for Board, General, and Committee meetings.Corporate Governance: Maintain and update all Statutory Registers, Minute Books, and records for all group companies on a day-to-day basis.Liaising: Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless compliance.Advisory: Provide guidance on the Companies Act, 2013, and other relevant corporate laws to ensure the group remains compliant with evolving regulations.QualificationsCertification: Must be a qualified Company Secretary and a member of the ICSI.Experience: At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate or consultancy environment.Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and MCA21 portal.Attributes: High attention to detail, strong drafting skills, and the ability to manage compliance for multiple entities simultaneously.Required SkillsHigh attention to detailStrong drafting skillsAbility to manage compliance for multiple entities simultaneouslyPreferred SkillsExperience in a corporate or consultancy environmentPay range and compensation packageCompensation: Up to 6 LPA CTC (Based on experience)
