Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end HR operations including payroll, compliance, employee engagement, L&D, performance management, and talent acquisition.Coordinate salary processing, F&F settlements, incentives, audits, and reconciliations.Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Factory Act, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act, and other labor laws.Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and inquiries.Lead recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.Identify training needs and implement technical, behavioral, and compliance training programs.Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and track key HR metrics (attrition, hiring TAT, manpower, training hours).Skills & QualificationsStrong knowledge of Indian labor laws and payroll.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.MBA/PGDM in HR with 5–7 years’ experience, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG.
