Modern Quests is a premium retailer that sells high quality home decor, tableware, kitchenware & bathroom accessories for affluent Indian customers. We sell more than 5,000 products across various categories and have strong brand presence in online and offline retail. This is an exciting opportunity to join our retail sales team as we setup more multiple stores in Delhi / NCR.Locations:1. Greater Kailash 1 (N Block Market)2. Moti Nagar (DLF Midtown Plaza)3. Sultanpur (MG Road)Salary Range:INR 30,000-35,000 per month + IncentiveMain Responsibilities Include:1. Interact with walk-in customers and explain the various brands and products2. Provide information regarding sizes and colour options available for each product range3. Ensure all collections and categories are displayed as per VM requirements4. Use POS software and payment machines to ensure all transactions are handled smoothly5. Perform inventory checks routinely to ensure stock is matching as per inventory softwareRequired Candidate Profile:1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury or premium retail sales2. Previous experience in home decor or furnishings would be preferred3. Bachelors Degree or equivalent from a reputed university4. Excellent spoken and written English5. Strong communication skills and an accommodating attitude to handle customer queries professionallyPlease Note: Candidate should already be in Delhi / NCR - applications from outside of NCR will not be considered
