The rolerequires hands-on experience in board governance, regulatory filings, stock exchangecompliances, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders in a public companysetup.Key Responsibilities:Corporate & Secretarial ComplianceEnsure end-to-end compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 and rules madethereunderHandle SEBI LODR, SEBI ICDR, PIT, SAST, and other applicable SEBI regulationsManage statutory filings with ROC, SEBI, Stock Exchanges, and other regulatorsMaintain statutory registers, records, and corporate filings in electronic and physicalformBoard, Committee & Shareholder MattersPlan, convene, and support Board, Audit Committee, NRC, SRC, and othercommittee meetingsDraft agendas, notes, resolutions, minutes, and action trackersEnsure proper quorum, approvals, and compliance with secretarial standardsCoordinate general meetings including AGMs and EGMsStock Exchange & Investor ComplianceHandle ongoing listing and post-listing compliancesPrepare and review stock exchange disclosures, press releases, and investorcommunicationsCoordinate with RTA, depositories, and stock exchanges for corporate actionsKey Skills & Competencies:Strong working knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI regulationsExperience in listed company or IPO-ready environmentExcellent drafting and documentation skillsStrong coordination and stakeholder management abilitiesAttention to detail and high compliance orientationAbility to work under tight regulatory timelinesPreferred Experience:Experience working with public listed companiesExposure to IPO, fund raising, or capital market transactionsHands-on experience with stock exchange filings and governance frameworks
