The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing and controlling all financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the region, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards and partnering cross functions. The role includes oversee of financial operations with a focus on effective budget management and team leadership. ResponsibilitiesProvide financial controlling and reporting; oversee daily accounting operation activities, prepare and present detailed financial statements and reports to Management.Support financial decision-making through cost control initiatives, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.Oversee cash flow management ensuring business solvency and efficient working capital utilization.Monitor key financial metrics including production costs, overhead, and profitability analysis. Collaborate and work with senior management, cross function on financial matters.Manage audit processes and liaison with external auditors ensuring compliance with statutory and internal audit requirements.Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risk and ensure compliance with local laws and accounting standards.
