You'll be the pivotal force in managing and surfacing data from Workday, Workday Recruit, and BigQuery to meet HR’s needs. This role demands a detail-oriented, technically adept professional who thrives on solving complex analytical and reporting challenges. Leverage your expertise in Workday, Workday Report Builder and BigQuery, to design, develop, and maintain critical reports. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR and talent acquisition strategies.Your Impact:Architect advanced Workday reports and dashboards for real-time insights.Automate data workflows, reports and dashboards to enhance self-service.Translate stakeholder needs into actionable, data-driven HR solutions that address root cause challenges and prevent repeated requests for the same data, report, or analysis.Proactively identify data anomalies; implement robust data quality controls.Lead compliance reporting; ensure data security across HR systems.Collaborate with HRIS and IT to resolve complex reporting challenges.Innovate reporting methodologies; drive continuous improvement in HR analytics.Deliver clear, insightful reports that empower strategic HR decisionsOptimize reports to improve performance and usability.Use Workday to its fullest via configuring and managing calculated fields, custom report prompts, and filters.Develop and maintain Workday reports to allow deep analysis and cross-functional reporting, integrating data from Workday, Workday Recruit, and external systems.Design and deploy dashboards and reporting solutions using Workday Prism to improve self-service capabilities and facilitate decision-making at all levels of the organization.Qualifications:6+ years in HR analytics; expert in Workday, Workday Recruit with strong attention-to-detail.SQL experience requiredBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceProven ability to build sophisticated Workday Report Builder solutions and extensive experience with Workday Reporting for data aggregation, reporting, and analytics.Strong problem-solving skills; ability to analyze complex data patterns.Self-driven; thrives in fast-paced tech environments; proactive solution finder.Exceptional communication; ability to translate data and technical concepts into strategic insights for non-technical audiences.Demonstrated integrity; handles sensitive data with utmost confidentiality.Experience with API integrations related to HR data is a plus.High proficiency in English required.Information about Palo Alto NetworksAt Palo Alto Networks®, we’re united by a shared mission—to protect our digital way of life.
