Job Description:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team, focusing on Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) Operations for our client. The candidate will manage daily operational activities related to executing broker onboarding, document execution, commission setup, trade processing, and reconciliation. This position aims to ensure smooth operational workflows, timely execution of tasks, and adherence to service level agreements.Responsibilities and Skills:Support end-to-end ETD operations lifecycle including trade processing, reconciliation, margin, and broker onboarding in a client-focused environment.Act as primary operations contact for new Executing Broker (EB) onboarding: coordinate requirements, manage system setups (e.g., BRS, CRD, ETPs), and ensure readiness for trading.Manage documentation (DOCS) lifecycle for EBs and Clearing Brokers (CBs), including new setups, amendments, internal approvals, and coordination with client ASL for execution.Ensure commission and fee structures for EBs and CBs are accurately reflected in OMS and related systems post-DOCS approval, and maintain updated dashboards for client visibility.Perform daily trade processing: match, validate, and approve trades in BRS/CRD/Traiana; resolve unmatched/mismatched trades with GTU, EBs, and CBs.Check internal portfolio crossing trades and ensure STP and non-STP trades are correctly processed and aligned with clearer statements.Monitor and validate option exercises, assignments, and contrary instructions; identify impacted positions.Conduct daily trade and total equity reconciliations using Clareti and other tools; investigate and resolve breaks, follow up with brokers, and escalate aged issues.Monitor pricing for specific products (e.g., Copper Options) and ensure positions and valuations are in line with market data and client expectations.Maintain and monitor dashboards for trade exceptions, reconciliation breaks, and commission updates; proactively flag issues and trends to relevant stakeholders.Coordinate with clearing brokers on margin calls, limits, and account-related issues; support in resolving limit constraints and margin queries.Demonstrate strong understanding of ETD products (futures, listed options, cleared OTC derivatives) and related clearing, margining, and exchange processes.Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work with global teams, front office, and external brokers in a fast-paced environment.Ensure adherence to internal controls, risk management standards, and regulatory expectations across all ETD operational processes. OthersShould be willing to work from 6:00 am IST to 3:00 pm IST.Candidate should be ready to work from office on all 5 days for the entire day, with no exceptions under any circumstances.Experience in Clareti, Traiana and Charles River is preferred.Education:Masters(preferred)/Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
