Job Description: Ethics Support Specialist As an Ethics Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing sensitive and complex employee concerns related to ethics and compliance. Your role will require handling escalated cases, conducting thorough investigations, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure ethical standards are upheld. You will need strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to approach challenging situations with empathy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Ethics-Related Escalations: Assist in managing employee queries and concerns related to ethical conduct, misconduct investigations, and compliance issues.- Policy & Process Support: Provide guidance on ethics policies, including severity matrix ensuring alignment with Cult standards. - Investigation Support: Conduct research, review evidence (including speaking to witnesses, CCTV validation, as applicable) and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve cases. - Process Improvement: Assist in Identify patterns, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in ethics-related processes and propose enhancements. - Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with HR, Operations, Legal and Leadership teams to ensure transparency and appropriate resolution of ethical concerns. - Confidentiality & Compliance: Maintain strict confidentiality while ensuring compliance with Cult policies and legal guidelines. - Employee Engagement: Provide training or awareness sessions on ethical practices as needed. - Timely Resolution: Ensure concerns are addressed with a quick turnaround while maintaining fairness and due diligence. - Responsible for managing data and generating reports in compliance with business and statutory requirements. Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 3-4 year of experience in ethics, compliance, HR operations, or a related field (KPO / Legal / Medical / Hospitality) - Strong knowledge of company policies, employee relations, and ethical guidelines. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for handling sensitive conversations. - High level of integrity, discretion, and conflict-resolution abilities. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex ethical concerns and manage data effectively. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. - Flexibility to provide support, including weekend availability if required.
