This results in a digital way of working and requires a proactive mind-set.100% remote(UK Shift)Marketing Analytics Senior SpecialistOverviewThe Marketing Analytics Senior Specialist is a highly strategic and technically proficient role responsible for transforming raw marketing data into actionable insights. This position acts as the crucial link between business stakeholders and ensuring data integrity of Talent Marketing activities. Developing sophisticated dashboards, and driving process efficiency through advanced analytics.Key Responsibilities1. Data Strategy & IngestionLead the process for Data Ingestion and API Integration from diverse sources (including GA4 and Google Ads) into data platforms (GCP, BigQuery).Perform Data Transformation and Cleansing using advanced SQL to ensure data accuracy and consistency for downstream reporting.2. Reporting, Visualization & StorytellingDesign and develop robust, interactive dashboards using Looker Studio and Domo, optimizing them for clarity and user adoption.Apply Data Storytelling principles to translate complex analyses into compelling, actionable narratives for executive and stakeholder consumption.3. Business Analysis & Process OptimizationAct as the Business Analyst for data projects, clearly defining requirements, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment between technical delivery and business needs (often using JIRA).Champion Process Optimization & Efficiency initiatives, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies to automate workflows and streamline data management practices.Manage Cross-functional Collaboration and communication with marketing, and technology teams to ensure consistent data definitions and shared goals.Essential Qualifications & ExpertiseTechnical skills: Proven expertise in Looker Studio, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM). Proficiency in SQL for query writing, data transformation, and analysis.Familiarity with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and BigQuery for data ingestion and storage.Business Intelligence Tools: Hands-on experience with Domo and advanced knowledge of Excel.CRM Knowledge: Strong familiarity and experience working with reports and dashboards.Budget optimization: Advise on the allocation of marketing budgets across different channels to maximize return on investment (ROI).Automation /AI: Experience with Google AppScript or similar tools for process automation and use of AI.Ad Tech: Knowledge of Google Ads and ad management platforms (e.g., Indeed/Joveo).Data Governance: Develop and implement comprehensive data governance frameworks that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements
