DEPARTMENT: DigitalPRIMARY LOCATION: MumbaiKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, YouTube, UAC, and Performance Max (pMax).Manage end-to-end biddable media execution including campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and performance tracking.Ensure delivery of agreed campaign KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions, and reach, in line with or exceeding industry benchmarks.Identify growth opportunities, audience insights, and optimization levers to improve campaign performance.Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and performance alignment across accounts.Maintain strict oversight on campaign budgets, spends, timelines, and ROI.Follow all internal processes related to approvals, documentation, and budget governance as per audit guidelines.Conduct post-campaign analysis and share actionable insights and recommendations.Support planning and execution of new campaigns and performance-led initiatives for clients.Daily monitoring and health checks of all live campaigns as the first activity of the day.Implement optimizations based on performance trends and platform learnings.Coordinate creative requirements and briefs for ongoing and upcoming campaigns.Track spends, performance, and delivery against monthly plans and budgets.Review campaign setups to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scope for improvement.PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:1–3 years of hands-on experience in biddable/performance media.Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, with mandatory experience in Search, YouTube, UAC, and pMax campaigns.Experience managing campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment is preferred.Data-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to performance optimization.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Strong communication skills with internal teams and external stakeholders.Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days’ notice period preferred.Preferably female candidates to support team diversity balance.About Havas Media Network India Havas Media Network India is a media conglomerate that operates within a global framework – Mx – to drive Media Experiences and invest in Meaningful Media to build Meaningful Brands.
