Your mission is two-fold: building a /"trusted advisor/" relationship with brand founders and driving aggressive GMV growth through strategic planning, marketplace optimization, and global expansion. You will be the bridge between the brand’s growth and the global consumer.Key Responsibilities1. GMV & Revenue GrowthStrategic Roadmap: Develop and execute JBP & quarterly growth plans for each brand, identifying high-potential markets (USA, UK, Middle East, etc.).Marketplace Optimization: Work with internal teams to optimize product listings, SEO, and pricing strategies to maximize conversion rates on global platforms.Promotion Management: Plan and oversee marketing calendars, including high-traffic events like Black Friday, Prime Day, and local cultural festivals.Data-Driven Insights: Analyze sales data, traffic trends, and competitor benchmarks to provide actionable insights that lead to SKU expansion or inventory pivots.2. Relationship & Stakeholder ManagementPrimary Liaison: Act as the single point of contact for brand partners, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.Business Reviews: Lead Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) with brand stakeholders to report on performance, health, and future growth opportunities.Internal Collaboration: Partner with the Logistics and Operations teams to ensure the brand’s global supply chain is lean and responsive to demand.3.
