Job Description: Senior Procurement ExecutiveCompany: Progenesis IVFIndustry: Healthcare / IVF & Fertility ServicesJob Type: Full-TimeCTC: Up to ₹6 LPA (Maximum)Role OverviewProgenesis IVF is undergoing rapid expansion across multiple locations. We are looking for a Senior Procurement Executive to support and strengthen procurement operations across existing and upcoming centers. The role involves hands-on procurement execution, vendor coordination, cost control, inventory planning, and compliance with healthcare standards, ensuring uninterrupted supply of medical and non-medical materials.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement OperationsExecute and manage procurement of medical consumables, IVF equipment, pharmaceuticals, laboratory reagents, disposables, and non-medical supplies.Ensure timely availability of materials to support smooth clinical and operational functioning.Assist in implementing procurement plans aligned with expansion and operational requirements.Vendor Coordination & ManagementIdentify, evaluate, onboard, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.Support negotiations on pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost efficiency.Maintain effective vendor relationships while ensuring quality, reliability, and compliance.Cost Control & Budget SupportMonitor procurement expenses in line with approved budgets.Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities through vendor comparison and standardization.Support value-based purchasing initiatives across centers.Compliance & DocumentationEnsure procurement activities comply with healthcare regulations, NABH standards, and internal SOPs.Maintain accurate documentation including purchase orders, invoices, GRNs, and audit-ready records.Coordinate with Quality and Clinical teams to ensure material quality and regulatory adherence.Inventory & Logistics SupportMonitor inventory levels, stock movement, and expiry tracking.Prevent stock-outs, overstocking, and wastage.Coordinate logistics, warehousing, and inter-center material transfers.Cross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with medical, embryology, finance, operations, and center teams.Support procurement activities for new center setup, including equipment, furniture, and operational supplies.Assist in implementing procurement SOPs and systems across locations.Required Qualifications & Experience4–7 years of experience in procurement, preferably in healthcare, hospital, IVF, pharma, or diagnostics.Working knowledge of medical procurement processes and healthcare compliance standards.Experience supporting multi-location operations or expansion projects is an advantage.Key Skills & CompetenciesVendor coordination & negotiation supportCost control & budget monitoringInventory planning & basic ERP knowledgeUnderstanding of healthcare complianceStrong communication & coordination skillsAbility to work independently and handle multiple prioritiesWhy Join Progenesis IVFBe part of a fast-growing and reputed IVF healthcare organizationOpportunity to gain exposure in multi-center procurement operationsStable role with learning and career growth potentialWork closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
