Client Advisory Manager | TSDN REALTORS LLP | PuneTSDN REALTORS LLP is a boutique luxury real estate advisory firm specialising in high-value residential and corporate commercial transactions across Western Pune. We operate on a relationship-first, referral-driven model and cater to HNI and UHNI clientele.We are looking to hire hospitality-driven Corporate Sales professionals (Management Trainees or candidates with ~5–7 years of client-facing experience) who are keen to transition into luxury real estate advisory.Role OverviewYou will be responsible for managing end-to-end client relationships, understanding lifestyle and investment requirements, advising clients on suitable luxury properties, and driving transactions while delivering a premium, consultative client experience.Key Responsibilities• Build and manage relationships with HNI/UHNI clients• Understand client requirements and provide curated property advisory• Coordinate property viewings and manage transaction processes• Work closely with developers, legal teams, and internal stakeholders• Maintain high standards of professionalism, discretion, and client experienceIdeal Background• Hospitality / luxury service / premium client-facing industries preferred• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills• High integrity, maturity, and ownership mindset• Willingness to learn luxury real estate advisory and financial basics
