Job Title: BI AnalystExperience: 5 yearsTeam: Data / AnalyticsLocation: Hitec City, Hyderabad (BPMLinks)Job Description We are seeking a BI & Automation Analyst with strong experience in business intelligence, Python-based automation, and a solid understanding of accounting and financial processes. This role will focus on building automated data solutions, delivering actionable insights, and supporting finance and business teams with reliable reporting.Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms• Build and maintain Python-based automation for data ingestion, transformation, reconciliation, and reporting• Work closely with Accounting and Finance teams to understand financial workflows, reporting requirements, and controls• Automate recurring financial and operational reports to improve efficiency and accuracy• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and anomaly detection to ensure data integrity• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting processes• Document automation workflows, BI logic, and data definitions• Collaborate with data engineering and business stakeholders to enhance data models and reporting solutionsRequired Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience in BI, analytics, or data automation roles• Strong Python skills (pandas, numpy, scripting, scheduling jobs)• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent)• Solid understanding of accounting concepts (GL, P&L, balance sheet, accruals, reconciliations)• Experience working with SQL and relational databases along with Snowflake• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and finance stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications • Experience automating finance or accounting workflows• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)• Experience with data pipelines, APIs, or ETL tools• Exposure to audit, compliance, or financial controls is a plus
