Role Summary: The Key Account Manager – Alternate Channel will spearhead business development initiatives across OEM-authorized service centers, aggregator/O2O platforms, and large car fleet accounts. This role focuses on driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and implementing strategic pricing and sales policies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.Aligned with TotalEnergies’ core values — Safety, Respect, Pioneer Spirit, Stand Together, and Performance Minded — and committed to full compliance and ethical conduct, the role will:•Performance Delivery: Achieve assigned volumetric, margin, network, and penetration targets through effective resource utilization and strategic execution.•Customer Development: Build and sustain high-quality, profitable workshop accounts and strengthen relationships with OEM service teams to enhance business share.•Contract Management: Ensure contractual obligations with customers are met through meticulous and systematic follow-ups, maintaining compliance and service excellence.•Account Management: Acquire new accounts and retain existing ones through structured retention strategies, ensuring long-term growth and customer satisfaction.•Relationship Building: Build and strengthen relationships with regional OEM officials, key decision-makers, and account influencers to drive growth, foster trust, and encourage collaboration.•Growth & Innovation: Identify and pursue emerging business opportunities in the aftermarket service-fill automotive lubricant channel, sharing innovative ideas to drive sustainable revenue.•Forecasting & Planning: Deliver accurate sales and SKU forecasts; collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and superior customer experience.•Sales Strategy & Promotion: Implement approved sales strategies and execute promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.•Market Intelligence: Collect and share actionable market insights to support compelling value propositions and competitive positioning.•Negotiation & Problem-Solving: Apply effective negotiation and influencing skills; propose practical and sustainable solutions to address challenges promptly.Required Profile: Educational Qualifications: Graduate in Business Administration or Engineering.Postgraduate degree in Management preferred.Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in B2BC, B2B, and channel sales management.Experience in dealing with OEM-authorized service centers is preferred.
