Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role based in Mumbai for a Sales Manager at Ether Atelier Chocolat. The Sales Manager will lead sales initiatives, build and foster relationships with corporate and retail partners, and manage luxury events and gifting projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and ensuring all customer interactions align with the luxury brand’s ethos. Qualifications Experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account ManagementSkills in Client Relationships, Negotiation, and NetworkingProficiency in Luxury Sales, Event Coordination, and Project ManagementExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of the luxury market or experience in high-end gifting or catering is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
