This role is crucial in our efforts to expand our presence in North America and build strong relationships with technology partners. If you have a proven track record in managing US events and partner marketing activities, we want to hear from you.Roles and ResponsibilitiesEvents ManagementPlan and execute physical, hybrid, and virtual events including conferences, exhibitions, roundtables, webinars, and partner dinners.Own end-to-end event logistics: registrations, vendors, venues, branding, collaterals, speakers, and on-ground execution.Create and manage event timelines, budgets, and checklists to ensure delivery on time and within scope.Handle post-event activities including lead consolidation, attendee follow-ups, and performance reporting.Partner Marketing Support partner marketing initiatives with technology and strategic partners.Coordinate partner-led and co-branded webinars.Scheduling and coordination with partners and internal stakeholders.Own webinar operations: registrations, promotions, attendance tracking, dry runs, and execution.Coordinate speaker onboarding, rehearsals, and post-webinar communication.Assist in executing co-branded campaigns and sponsorship deliverables.Manage MDF workflows for leading partners via their MDF portals, including approvals, budget utilization tracking, and post-activity claims.Research relevant industry awards, manage submissions, and coordinate nominations for client projects.Marketing Operations & ReportingManage approvals, documentation, and internal communication related to events and partner activities.Track KPIs such as registrations, attendance, leads, and ROI.Coordinate with demand generation and sales teams for lead handover and follow-ups.Maintain accurate data in marketing systems.Collaboration & CoordinationWork closely with sales, design, content, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution.Coordinate with external vendors, event organizers, and partner marketing teams.Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and partner branding requirements across all assets and touchpoints.What does the candidate require for this role?
