Job Description Summary: SIRIMIRI is seeking energetic and self-driven Sales Executives to strengthen our market presence across assigned territories. The ideal candidate should be passionate about FMCG field sales, capable of achieving targets, and skilled in building strong retail relationships. Responsibilities Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets Visit retail shops and expand product placement Ensure proper product display & visibility at stores Generate secondary sales through continuous follow-ups Identify new retail & wholesale opportunities Handle retailer orders, payments, returns (if any) Promote SIRIMIRI products and educate retailers on product benefits Maintain route plans and daily sales reports Requirements 1–3 years of FMCG field sales experience or Equivalent Experience (Food category preferred) Strong understanding of local retail markets Good communication & interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain retailer relationships Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred Target-oriented attitude with strong market knowledge Benefits Health Insurance Provident Fund Requirements SIRIMIRI is seeking energetic and self-driven Sales Executives to strengthen our market presence across assigned territories.
