Job Title: Account Manager – LATAM (Mexico Focus)Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad (Onsite)Employment Type: Full-timeImmediate RequirementAbout the Role:- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager – LATAM to oversee client relationships and service delivery across Latin America, with a strong focus on Mexico. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing LATAM accounts, established client connections, and proven expertise in leading recruitment delivery teams. - This role requires a strategic leader who can balance client engagement, account growth, and operational excellence while managing a team of 8–10 recruiters to ensure seamless account management and service delivery.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow LATAM accounts, with a primary focus on Mexico. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and credibility. - Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, driving account success and service excellence. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8–10 recruiters, ensuring effective delivery of recruitment services. - Collaborate with system integrators and vendor partners to strengthen client engagement and expand business opportunities. - Oversee end-to-end account management, including client onboarding, service delivery, escalations, and performance tracking. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention, account growth, and operational efficiency. - Ensure compliance with organizational processes and vendor management guidelines.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (MBA preferred). - 8+ years of proven experience in handling LATAM accounts, specifically Mexico. - Strong client portfolio and established relationships within LATAM markets. - Experience working with system integrators and managing vendor/client partnerships. - Demonstrated success in leading recruitment delivery teams (8–10 recruiters). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work onsite in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. - Immediate availability preferred.What We Offer:- Opportunity to lead strategic LATAM accounts and drive impactful client relationships. - Collaborative work environment with growth opportunities. - Competitive compensation aligned with experience and expertise.
