We are expanding our clinical team at an on-site hospital in Harda, MP to strengthen obstetrics, anesthesia, ENT and pediatric services for outpatient, inpatient and emergency care.Role & Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality outpatient (OPD) and inpatient clinical care within your specialty, including diagnosis, treatment planning and follow-up. - Perform and supervise specialty procedures and surgeries relevant to the role (e.g., caesarean deliveries, regional/general anaesthesia, ENT endoscopy, pediatric acute care). - Manage emergency cases and perioperative care in coordination with the nursing and theatre teams, ensuring patient safety and escalation when needed. - Maintain accurate medical records, discharge summaries and procedure notes; comply with hospital protocols and quality standards. - Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams—obstetrics, neonatology, ICU, laboratory and radiology—to optimise clinical outcomes. - Participate in clinical governance activities: morbidity & mortality reviews, infection control, and continuing medical education (CMEs).Skills & QualificationsMust-Have- Relevant postgraduate specialist qualification (MD/MS/DNB or equivalent) in Gynaecology & Obstetrics, Anaesthesiology, Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) or Pediatrics. - Clinical experience delivering on-site hospital care including OPD, OT and emergency shift coverage in the chosen specialty. - Proven procedural competence: caesarean section and obstetric management (Gyn), regional and general anaesthesia (Anaesthesia), ENT diagnostic/operative endoscopy (ENT), pediatric resuscitation and neonatal care (Pediatrics). - Familiarity with perioperative protocols, infection control standards and patient safety workflows. - Ability to work full-time on-site in Harda, MP and to cover rostered shifts including emergencies. - Strong clinical documentation practices and adherence to hospital governance standards.Preferred- Experience in rural or semi-urban hospital settings with high patient volumes. - Point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) or obstetric ultrasound skills. - Prior involvement in training, mentoring or supervisory roles for junior doctors and nursing staff.Benefits & Culture Highlights- Competitive compensation with performance-linked incentives and regular clinical career progression. - Supportive multidisciplinary team, structured onboarding and access to continuous clinical education. - Relocation support or accommodation assistance for candidates joining from outside Harda.If you are a committed specialist seeking a hands-on clinical role with impact in a growing regional hospital, we invite you to apply.
