Job Title: Record to Report (RTR) SpecialistLocation: Ahmedabad Shift Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Night Shift) Working Days: 5 days a week Joining: Immediate joiners onlyJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced RTR Specialist to manage end-to-end Record to Report activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with month-end close, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) activitiesHandle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processesPrepare and post journal entries (accruals, provisions, reclassifications)Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysisEnsure timely and accurate financial reportingSupport internal and external auditsMaintain compliance with accounting standards and company policiesCoordinate with onshore and cross-functional teamsIdentify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiativesRequired Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field2–5 years of experience in RTR / General Ledger accountingStrong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS preferred)Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)Proficiency in MS ExcelGood analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to work in night shift and meet tight deadlines
