Examples include empowering GenAI models with human-aligneddatasets and fine-tuning data across 20+ domains and 100+ languages, enabling autonomousdriving and advancing extended reality applications with industry-leading data labeling.Join us to be part of an innovative team shaping the future of AI and driving digitaltransformation to new heights!More: Build services and platform which power TD AI● Understand, follow and contribute to TD AI's standards for the software development life cycle● Work closely with product and tech team to deliver efficient, maintainable and unit tested software● Collaborate with product & business teams to understand customer journeys and solve problems that help TD AI grow.● Lead microservice based architecture and design of new and old systems and has a good record of time estimate vs actual delivery & work on cloud infrastructures like GCP, AWS, etc● Drive product and design discussions● Elevate the skills of the team through technical mentorship● Own a functional area from product conception to delivery including the documentation, code quality, UT coverage, etc● Participate in code reviews, writing tech specs, and collaborating closely with other people.Requirements● Strong problem-solving skills and are a fast learner● Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms● At least 3+ years of experience working in a product company● At least 4+ years of experience in Back-end development.● Proficient in at least one programming language like Java, C#, Python or GoLang● Experience working with different kinds of data stores - SQL, NoSQL, etc and queuing systems● Should have extensive experience in development and contribution of backend architecture, system designs, design of distributed systems & microservices● Experience in working in application logging and monitoring systems like Prometheus● Should know how to improve the performance of backend systems.● Good grasp of fundamentals of computer science and web development● A team player and should be able to give and receive constructive feedback● A passion for learning new technologies to deliver exceptional products.Benefits● Work with a world-class team working on a very forward looking problem.● Competitive salaries.● Medical/Health insurance for the self & family● A reward system that recognizes your hard work and achievements.
