Position:  Zoho Implementation Expert Summary: The Zoho Implementation Expert will lead the end-to-end deployment of Zoho solutions for clients. The role involves analyzing business processes, configuring Zoho applications, managing data migration, and ensuring successful adoption of the solution across the organization. Responsibilities: Analyze client business processes and map requirements Configure Zoho products to meet client needs Design workflows, custom modules, and automation Perform data migration and ensure data accuracy Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems via APIs Conduct user training and provide adoption support Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communication Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support Document solutions, processes, and configurations Collaborate with sales, technical, and support teams Who Can Apply: Professionals with hands-on Zoho implementation experience Candidates experienced in multiple Zoho products Individuals comfortable with client-facing roles and project management Requirements Strong expertise in Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, or other Zoho products Proven experience in end-to-end implementation projects Knowledge of workflow automation and Deluge scripting API integration experience is a plus Project management and documentation skills Zoho certification (preferred or mandatory) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Benefits Work on large-scale, multi-industry implementation projects Opportunity to grow as a Zoho consultant and solution architect Exposure to enterprise-level business processes Supportive and professional team environment Learning, certification, and career growth opportunities
