Guided by our mission, we aim to create cultural resonance, prioritize pet health, and inspire positive change in the industry.Role SummaryWe are seeking a motivated Key Account Executive for Export Sales to support and grow Dogsee's international business from India as an individual contributor. The role involves managing assigned export accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for overseas customers, driving achievement of assigned sales targets, supporting order execution, and ensuring timely coordination with internal teams to meet customer expectations. The candidate must identify potential international distributors and onboard them. The role also involves regular coordination with internal stakeholders such as supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely shipments, and seamless export operations, contributing to international growth objectives.Experience in FMCG or pet food will be an added advantage, and a genuine interest in dogs and the pet industry is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:1.Sales Growth & Distributor ExpansionDevelop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and growth targets.Actively identify new business opportunities and on-board distributors, resellers, and retail buyers in international markets.Expand Dogsee's client base by identifying untapped markets and regions with high growth potentialDrive distributor performance by setting clear sales expectations and supporting them in achieving revenue goals.2.Account Management & Client RelationsBuild, nurture, and sustain strong relationships with international clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.Demonstrate flexibility to coordinate with clients across different time zones, ensuring seamless communication and support whenever required.Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss performance, sales trends, and areas for mutual growth.3.Strategic Business PlanningCollaborate with clients on Joint Business Planning (JBP) initiatives to create mutually beneficial growth strategies.Leverage market insights and sales data to identify new opportunities and refine account strategies.4.Target Alignment & ReportingConsistently align day-to-day sales activities with assigned revenue and growth targets.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare structured reports to evaluate account performance, revenue realization, and profitability.5.Operations & Export CoordinationWork closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, supply chain, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of shipments and order fulfilment.Oversee the preparation of shipping documentation, ensuring adherence to international trade regulations and Incoterms.6.Market IntelligenceStay updated on industry trends, competition, and customer preferences to provide insights for business decision-making.Gather market feedback to guide product development and innovation tailored to international markets.7.
