Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development · Develop and expand PCD franchise and third-party manufacturing business across assigned territories. · Identify and onboard new distributors, PCD partners, and institutional clients. · Generate leads through calls, emails, online platforms, and field visits. · Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management. 2. Marketing & Promotion:- Promote pharma and cosmetic product portfolios to doctors, distributors, stockists, and franchise partners via different channels. 3. Client Coordination & Order Management · Handle inquiries related to PCD, third-party manufacturing, MOQs, pricing, and delivery timelines. · Follow up on orders, payments, dispatches, and after-sales support. 4. Documentation & Reporting · Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI), quotations, and order confirmations. · Maintain client records, sales data, and follow-up details. · Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and lead reports to management. Skills & Competencies : · Strong communication and negotiation skills. · Knowledge of pharmaceutical and cosmetic marketing, PCD, and third-party manufacturing. · Ability to build long-term client relationships. · Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools. · Target-oriented with good follow-up skills. Requirements: · Graduate (Pharma/Science/Marketing preferred). · 1–3 years experience in pharma/cosmetic marketing (PCD/Third Party). · Good communication and negotiation skills. · Knowledge of pharma and cosmetic products.
