We manage investments with active oversight to help both sophisticated and new investors build long-term wealth across various market conditions.What are you expected to do?Financial Operations & ReportingManage day-to-day accounting and financial operationsPrepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reportsReconcile bank accounts, vendor payments, and other financial recordsPrepare Ind AS compliant standalone and consolidated financial statementsTaxation & Compliance Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returnsEnsure adherence to financial regulations and internal policiesAssist in audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodiesBudgeting & AnalysisAssist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial modelsMonitor actual performance against budgets and provide variance analysisProvide insights to improve financial efficiency and decision-makingProcess OptimizationIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiencySupport automation initiatives and system upgradesStakeholder CollaborationWork closely with internal teams to manage financial aspects of projectsProvide timely financial insights to support business decisionsWhat are we looking for?Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)2- 3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, or auditStrong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and complianceProficiency in financial tools and softwareAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of financial modelingExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environmentFamiliarity with investment products and financial markets
