Position Title: Executive Assistant Reporting To: Operations Cluster Head Location: Mumbai, MaharashtraRole PurposeTo provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Operations Cluster Head, ensuring timely execution of strategic initiatives, compliance with organizational processes, and effective coordination across regional sites.Key Responsibilities1. Financial PerspectiveGather and review Site KPIs monthly; identify out-of-trend KPIs and communicate corrective actions to relevant sites.Ensure KPI review with Regional Head within 20 working days of the current month.Monitor Active Capex projects for the Financial Year, ensuring timely initiation and adherence to approved schedules.2. Customer PerspectiveFacilitate timely approval of Capex, ADN, ATS, MDN, Track-wise PRs, and Aspire ideas within 1 day post Regional Head’s go-ahead.Coordinate with sites for R&D and SGO work plans; ensure Opex and Capex planning within stipulated timelines.Track and report Demand vs Commit (85%) and Commit vs Supply (95%) metrics.3. Process ImprovementManage MIS reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) for SGO cluster within defined timelines.Maintain compliance tracker for Management Review Meeting action items for cluster sites; ensure timely communication and closure.4. People DevelopmentOrganize cluster meetings (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly) as per schedule with Regional Head.Support team engagement initiatives and assist in coordination of training programs.Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and reporting skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems.Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.QualificationsGraduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration or related field.5+ years of experience in executive support or operations coordination.Proficient in Microsoft Office suiteExposure to manufacturing/operations environment preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills
