QualificationsProficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasksStrong Phone Etiquette and Communication skillsExperienced in performing Clerical Skills such as scheduling, data entry, and document managementAbility to maintain a high level of organizational and multitasking skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant office toolsPrevious experience in administrative support roles is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office administration are a plus
