The ideal candidate will design and implement automation strategies for large-scale deployments, ensure compliance with security standards, and manage Red Hat environments efficiently. Profile Required and Qualifications:Automate Linux installation and configuration using Kickstart and related tools. Manage full OS lifecycle for Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 7/8/9); RHEL 10 is a plus. Implement and maintain patch management processes across large infrastructures. Ensure system security and compliance with CIS Benchmark and OS hardening best practices. Administer and optimize Red Hat Satellite, Capsule, and Template Management. Collaborate with infrastructure teams on Virtualization (VMware), Storage, and Network. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues in production environments. Follow internal processes (SOPs, ITIL, escalation, time tracking). Working in an agile mode respecting ceremoniesEducation and Qualifications 10+years of experience in Linux/Unix administration and automation.Engineering Graduate / MCA / Computer Science Graduate or PG Expertise in Kickstart, scripting (Shell, Python, Perl), and configuration management. Strong experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Red Hat Satellite. Good knowledge and hands-on experience in Virtualization (VMware), Storage, and Network. Solid understanding of OS hardening and compliance frameworks (CIS Benchmark). Proven experience in patch management at scale. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. Nice to HaveFamiliarity with RHEL 10. Experience with clustering and large-scale automation tools (Ansible, Puppet).
