Job Description:Position OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Recruiter (Contract – 1 Year) with 2–3 years of experience inrecruitment who can manage the end-to-end hiring process and play a key role in onboarding,background verification (BGV), and HR operations–related activities.This role requires someone who can balance candidate experience with organizational needs,ensuring smooth hiring and seamless integration of new employees into the company.Mandatory Skills:• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordination,and offer management)• Experience in IT and Non-IT hiring, specifically Engineering, Mechanical, and IT roles• Basic knowledge of ATS / recruitment tracking systems• Experience coordinating onboarding formalities (documentation, induction, joining process)• Familiarity with BGV processes and vendor coordination• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectivelyDesired / Preferred Skills:• Experience working on Workday ATS (preferred, not mandatory)• Exposure to campus hiring or bulk hiring• Basic understanding of HR policies and compliance• Experience working with external vendors/partners (BGV agencies, recruitment vendors, etc.)• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)• Ability to build strong candidate pipelines through job portals, social media, and networkingplatformsOpportunities for Growth:• Gain exposure to end-to-end HR operations beyond recruitment (onboarding, compliance,engagement)• Opportunity to strengthen expertise in Talent Acquisition through hands-on and strategic hiringexposure• Develop skills in employer branding and candidate experience• Enhance cross-functional collaboration by working closely with hiring managers, HR teams, andbusiness stakeholdersRequired Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalentwork experience)• 2–3 years of recruitment experience across IT and Non-IT roles (Engineering, Mechanical, ITdomains)• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday exposure is an added advantagebut not mandatory• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordination, andoffer management)• Experience in onboarding activities, including documentation, induction, and joining formalities• Familiarity with Background Verification (BGV) processes and vendor management• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
