We are a PAN India turnkey provider delivering end-to-end solutions: Design → Supply → Install → Commission → Handover, trusted by top builders, corporates, and government bodies.Position: Senior Sales Executive – Project / Builder SalesIndustry: Building Materials /MEP / Fire & ELV (preferred)Location: Hyderabad (Field Role)Joining: Immediate Joiner PreferredSalary & Benefits₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Fixed)Travel Allowance – As per company policyAttractive Sales Incentives – Target-basedGrowth opportunity in a fast-growing project businessRole ObjectiveTo drive project sales with builders and developers manage end-to-end sales from lead generation to order closure, and build long-term relationships in the builder segment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage builder & developer accounts (Residential & Commercial projects)Handle project-based sales for building materials / MEP / fire protection / ELV productsGenerate leads through site visits, builder meetings, and referencesPrepare and submit quotations, BOQs, and proposalsCoordinate with design, estimation, and operations teams for technical inputsNegotiate commercial terms and close ordersTrack project status and ensure order execution supportMaintain MIS, follow-ups, and pipeline trackingAchieve monthly & quarterly sales targetsRequired Experience & Skills4–8 years experience in builder / project salesStrong exposure to building materials / construction / project salesExisting builder, consultant, and contractor network is a big advantageGood negotiation, presentation, and communication skillsComfortable with field sales & site visitsAbility to work independently and close dealsPreferred BackgroundExperience in Fire Protection Systems / ELV / Electrical / Plumbing / HVAC / Building MaterialsPrior handling of high-rise residential & commercial projectsWho Should Apply✔ Candidates currently working in project / builder sales ✔ Immediate joiners or short notice candidates ✔ Sales professionals hungry for incentives and growth
