The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in trade data, reference data validation, and strong analytical skills to ensure high data accuracy and integrity across financial systems.Qualifications:Experience: 3–6 YearsLocation: RemoteResponsibilities:Monitor, validate, and improve the quality of financial and trade data across systemsAnalyze data issues related to trades, instruments, benchmarks, and corporate actionsPerform end-to-end trade lifecycle analysis (trade capture to settlement)Identify data discrepancies and work with technology & business teams for resolutionCreate data quality checks, reports, and dashboards using SQLSupport business users by translating requirements into data validation rulesConduct root cause analysis for data breaks and process gapsEnsure adherence to data governance and control frameworksRequired Skills:Strong understanding of Capital Markets products (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, etc.)Solid knowledge of the end-to-end trade lifecycleExperience working with Benchmark / Index dataGood exposure to Corporate Actions (dividends, splits, mergers, etc.)Strong hands-on experience in SQL (data querying, validation, reconciliation)Experience in Business Analysis – requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder communicationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently in a remote setupPreferred Skills:Experience with data quality tools or data governance frameworksExposure to financial data vendors (Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.)Knowledge of reporting or visualization toolsPay range and compensation package: Best in Market
