The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting management with financial insights. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a growing, evolving organization and be keen to build robust financial systems from the ground upKey ResponsibilitiesMaintain books of accounts and manage day-to-day accounting operationsPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reportsEnsure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other applicable lawsHandle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance and other reconciliationsAssist in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecastingManage payroll processing including statutory deductions and filingsLiaise with auditors, banks, vendors, tax consultants, customs and other external agenciesSupport management with financial analysis and reports for decision-makingContribute to streamlining and improving financial processes, especially in a growing / unstructured setupExposure to MSME and export business operations will be an added advantageQualificationsMaster’s / Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, orCA (Inter) / CMA (Inter) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experienceStrong working knowledge of accounting software such as Tally Prime / ERP / QuickBooks / SAPProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with Word and PowerPointSound understanding of local tax regulations and statutory complianceSkills & AttributesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication skills in English and the local languageAbility to interact confidently with vendors, auditors, banks, and regulatory authoritiesSmart, self-driven, and detail-oriented with a high level of integrityWillingness to work in a new / evolving organizational setup with a mindset to build and improve systemsWhat We OfferOpportunity to be part of a growing organizationExposure to diverse financial operations including MSME and export businessesA role with ownership, responsibility, and scope to create impactCompensation Range: Commensurate to experience and suitabilityInterested candidates may apply / DM with their CV.
