You will:Lead the end-to-end creative direction across campaigns, launches, social, and community momentsBuild and evolve a distinct, culture-native brand voice- witty, sharp, humanTurn trends into brand-defining moments, not just postsDevelop content systems and series that keep audiences coming backTranslate strategy into execution: briefs, scripts, calendars, storyboards, feedback loopsCollaborate with agencies, freelancers, and creators to deliver high-quality creative at speedBalance brand building with performance insights- measure, learn, iterate (without losing soul)Help our client scale the marketing engine and eventually build and lead a small in-house teamWhat We’re Looking For4–5+ years in brand/marketing roles, ideally in fast-moving startups or creator-led brandsProven experience building a brand from near-zero to real audience, community, or revenue impact (we love receipts)A creative-first thinker who spots trends early and knows how to act on them fastStrong copywriting skills-punchy hooks and longer storytellingDeep understanding of Gen Z & young adult culture (17–23), especially across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and RedditExcellent taste and brand judgment- you know premium vs cringe, timeless vs memeExperience building content engines, not just one-off campaignsStrong at working with external partners- clear briefs, fast feedback, high standardsComfortable with early-stage chaos: low process, fast pivots, high ownershipReady to grow into a team leadership role as we scaleA low-ego, kind, collaborative teammate who raises the creative bar and makes work funWhy This Role Is DifferentYou won’t be maintaining a brand, you’ll be shaping one in real time.
