The role will drive financial strategy, accounting, compliance, internal controls, and business case development, with particular emphasis on RDSS-linked smart meter tenders involving complex CAPEX, OPEX (open), and hybrid commercial models.The role reports jointly to the CEO of GridCrest Technologies and the CFO of the Kaynes Group, and partners closely with business, operations, and group leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Leadership & Strategy•Lead overall finance, accounts, and internal process functions for GridCrest Technologies.•Partner with CEO and Group CFO on financial strategy, growth planning, and capital structuring. Overall custodian of complete ERP system. Must be technology and computer savvy.•Drive budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and cash flow management.RDSS & other g lobal Tenders & Business Case Development•Own financial evaluation and business case preparation for large smart metering tenders under RDSS with input from CCO.
