Job Title: Textile Export Manager (Quality & Compliance)Experience Required: Minimum 5 YearsIndustry: Textile / Garments ExportLocation: Lower Parel,MumbaiJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced **Textile Export Manager** with strong knowledge of **quality checking, buyer compliance, and export documentation**. Candidate should be capable of handling international buyers, managing production quality, and ensuring timely shipments.Key Responsibilities:* Handle end-to-end export operations for textile/garment products* Ensure quality control at all stages (raw material, in-line, final inspection)* Coordinate with production, merchandisers, and QA teams* Conduct and supervise quality checks as per buyer standards* Manage buyer communication (email, calls, meetings)* Ensure compliance with international quality standards (AQL, buyer SOPs)* Prepare and verify export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, CO, etc.)* Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time dispatch* Handle buyer audits, inspections, and third-party quality agencies* Resolve quality issues, claims, and rejections efficientlyRequired Skills & Qualifications:* Minimum 5 years of experience in textile/garment exports* Strong knowledge of fabric, garments, and quality parameters* Hands-on experience in quality checking & inspection* Good understanding of export procedures and documentation* Ability to handle international buyers independently* Strong communication & coordination skills* Proficient in MS Excel, email communication, and reportingPreferred Candidate Profile:* Experience with **woven/knit/processed fabrics or garments*** Familiar with **AQL standards, buyer compliance & testing reports*** Problem-solving mindset and leadership qualitiesSalary & Benefits:* Salary: As per experience & industry standards* Other benefits as per company policy
